Terms and Conditions

 
1. Full payment for the course must be made prior to the course date, unless agreed prior to the arrangement.

2. Refunds will be provided where a minimum of 7 days notice prior to the course date has been given via email.

3. Course transfers will be provided when a minimum of 48 hours prior to the course date has been given via email.

4. no refunds or course transfer will be provided in any case when less than 48 hour notice prior to the course date has been given.

5. Course fees include face to face tuition, assessment and certification.

6. Costs such as travel, meals and accommodation are the responsibility of the learner.

7. It is the learner's responsibility to ensure that the course is suitable for their requirements. Please check with your regulating body what course is required for your role. Crew Training Ltd is happy to offer advice, but accepts no liability in the event of the course content not meeting learner's requirements.

8. Crew Training Ltd reserves the right to re-schedule or cancel any of its courses, but guarantees to do this only in exceptional circumstances, where due reasons exist. If Crew Training Ltd cancels a course, every effort will be made to reschedule the course or rebook you onto a mutually convenient alternative course or refund the course fee in full.

9. Learners are required to abide by all Health and Safety policies, security and suitable conduct and behaviour at all times. Crew Training Ltd. reserves the right to refuse a course entry or to continue with the course to anyone who is acting in an unsafe manner or shows inappropriate behaviour.

10. All course contents have been carefully researched and are believed to be up to date and factually accurate information is given to learners at the time of the course.

11. All content within the course is provided for general information and first aid should not be a substitute for a medical advice or help. Crew Training is not responsible or liable for diagnosis made by a user based on the content of the course. Always seek medical advice, if you are in any way concerned about your health or the health of the casualty.
